		<description>WOW!  What excellent ideas. We always had a lobster dinner brought to our pharmacy for those employees working the week ends.  Our clerks wore long gowns when they worked Christmas Eve in the pharmacy,  and we gave them flowers to wear.  This made them feel very special, and it sure looked good to our customers.  It made for a very pleasant atmosphere, and a lot of smiles. </description>
