I believe the senior leadership needs a unified point of a view on the brand and their story so that in times of trouble, they can make it through the storm. Proactive, consistent story telling can build a trust bank in times of trouble and every brand will face it. Toyota&#039;s fumble was more about the timing of the incident combine with the demands of Wall Street being more powerful that customer safety. They can restore their brand because they have always had a superior product than American cars. They will just have to prove car by car.
